Round Front End Dump Trailer

The typical access for an end dump trailer is either step handles on the front and/or rear of the trailer that require the operator to climb over the wall of the trailer. This access is a risk hazard of slips, trips and falls. It is also very dangerous for a operator that isnt not physically capable.

On this trailer we designed a door on the front that can be accessed by the catwalk of the pulling semi truck.

The door seals with an aluminum flange and 2 pressure latching handles. It features 2 marine grade stainless grab handles on the sides for safety and a grip step that allows debris to fall through while allowing safe passage from either inside or outside.

While being functional and superior for safety, it is designed to be seamless with the trailer and look like part of the trailer originally.
