Request:
A flatbed with a platform capable of hauling 20ft tubing, build materials and a fold out working scaffold. Additionally, storage for equipment and parts and a generator/welder.
Design:
We modeled the foundation in 3D and took appropriate measurements’ that will adhere to safety standards. All fold out parts were modeled for accessibility and easy function ability. It features built in ratchet tie downs for material and D-ring lock downs.
Fabrication:
This flatbed was a challenging job that took a lot of creativity to plan out. It is construct of steel tubing, flat sheets and expanded steel. It was finished off with a coating of tintable bed liner in the color code of the pickup cab. It features a CNC cut logo of the company on front and back.
